We aim to provide the highest level of care to all our patients, but sometimes things do go wrong.
To make a formal complaint write to the Practice Manager.
Or speak to a member of staff. If they can they will try to resolve any problem you have.

Dorset Advocacy Service
A free confidential service that advises and supports people who are complaining about the NHS. The service is independent of the NHS and is currently providing in Dorset, Poole and Bournemouth.
