E-consultations
Please complete our e-consultation, providing as much information as possible about your symptoms or enquiry and a member of The Panton Practice Team will respond to you.

Step One
Patients can submit a request via telephone, online or by walking in (in person request)
Step Two
Clinical requests are assessed by the practice team and navigated to the appropriate practice Clinician or other health service (e.g. a local pharmacy) to respond.
Step Three
The Clinician responds using the most appropriate consultation channel - it could be via a phone call, face-to-face appointment, a video call, an online message or a home visit.
To request a routine appointment in the next 7 days
- Complete an e-consultation. We aim to respond to your e-consultation within our opening hours. We are open Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.30pm.

- Visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
If you can not make your appointment please let us know as soon as you can so another patient can book the appointment time.

If you need help when we are closed
- Use NHS 111 online (111.nhs.uk) or call 111. 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
- Evening and weekend appointments are available from 6.00pm to 8.00pm Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm Saturdays and Sundays 10.00am to 2.00pm. Appointments are at the urgent treatment centre within the Royal Bournemouth Hospital.

Home Visits
To request a home visit contact the surgery before 10.30am.
Remember that we can see several patients at the practice in the time it takes for one home visit. Patients should have their appointment at the surgery if they can.
Lack of transport is not a reason to request a home visit.
