Missed appointments Posted or Updated on 4 Jan 2024

We would like to remind patients that if for any reason you are unable to attend a booked appointment, to advise the practice at your earliest opportunity, we do appreciate unforeseen circumstances.

Currently this month (3 weeks) we have already had 156 missed appointments, this averages a full 3 days worth of availability for our various clinical staff. This then results in patients having to wait longer for appointments.
