Options of contacting the practice
Posted on 8 Jul 2021
We are currently experiencing a high number of calls and would advise you where ever possible to use the E-Consult option, which can be found on our Website. This will enable you to contact a GP/ Clinician and you will receive help/ advice by the following working day, if not the same day. The e-Consultation can also be used for administrative requests, but NOT to book an appointment. We are unable to take requests to book appointments from emails, appointments need to be triaged by a Clinician prior to being book, therefore the reception team are not able to book appointments directly.
There may be times when Reception may need to ask for some details about the nature of your call. This is so they can ensure that the most appropriate Clinician advises you with your problem. Please be advised that they, as well as all our staff would treat all information given with the strictest of confidentiality.
Please bear with us during this peak time and use alternative methods of communication other than the telephone where possible.
